He inspected my unit and gave me options I could live with and replaced the motor in my unit within a few hours. He was very neat and respectful of my property inside and out. We had a case where three other companies failed to get our AC back online. We asked EDS for a senior tech and Randy Walker Jr. came to the rescue. Randy was on time, took the time to learn the history of the problem, and got the air back on in less than an hour. One call to EDS and they put an end to a miserable 7 days without AC. Our unit is newer and more computerized than most, and a lot of companies just don’t have the experience working on systems like that. Randy was also professional, polite and obviously understood our situation. We appreciate the help and great service. Where do I even start!!! Our AC finally saw its last day and we called EDS for a new system and from the time we called til the New AC was finished they gave nothing less then Excellence!!! Adrian was our technician and he was so kind and generous with his time and his performance and quality of work was excellent … he arrived at our home at about 8:45 or 9 am and did not leave until a little after midnight and literally stayed until everything was perfect and we had issues with a few things going from and old system to a new system… they even opened the warehouse back up which was late at night to get what was needed and finish… wow… I was impressed with EDS, Adrian and his two other guys who helped… Thank you so much for your quality of work and the way EDS handled everything!!!
