After identifying the problem, they serviced the system, corrected the refrigerant issue, and got everything back up and running properly. Since their visit, the unit has been cooling much more effectively and the bedroom is finally comfortable again. Last June we had an issue we called them because the air was not working. They were over there within a few hours. We needed a service done. We only had a day available and they accommodate us today. A really pleasant experience. I called this morning around 8am, my AC wasn't working. By 11am the technician was in my house. His name Seth Robbins. I explained the problem and hi told me communication between units was lost, that was the problem. He entered some codes in the thermostat, and voila, the unit started working again. Beautiful.
