Amazing experience with this company! Very professional and extremely fast quality work. Had an emergency on my old Lennox system where the unit failed catastrophically from my compressor coil quite literally exploding. The warranty had ended since my system was old therefore leaving me to need a new system and quick. Called EDS and within the hour Nicholas the technician was at my house to diagnose the issue. He was very upfront and professional and explained all of my options clearly and concisely. Repair cost was going to be over half the cost of a new system and after a bit of research I found that the price he was giving for repair/replacement of my current system was honest and true for many others who have had the same issue as me. After deciding on replacing the entire system as mine was quite old and agreeing on a very fair price, he made some phone calls and was able to secure an installation the very next morning. Install crew came and had the job done in about 6 hours and made sure to hang around and ensure everything was operating as it should be before leaving and answering any and all questions I had. From having my original system fail to having a completely new system installed less than 24 hours later, I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. All around very pleased with my experience with this company and my technician Nicholas from start to finish.
