After identifying the problem, they serviced the system, corrected the refrigerant issue, and got everything back up and running properly. Since their visit, the unit has been cooling much more effectively and the bedroom is finally comfortable again. Last June we had an issue we called them because the air was not working. They were over there within a few hours. We needed a service done. We only had a day available and they accommodate us today.
