The service man from EDS was just wonderful today. I am only recently recovering from extensive hospitalisation and moving around gingerly on a walker. The service man in addition to performing his job, aided me providing assistance in small things but very generously like unlocking the doors to the property, helping get my walker out of my car, and getting it back in again. Prompt, polite and honest. This company stands behind their word, and provides affordable great service. I have an AC unit which is a year old. The fan went off for no reason....they came out, and found no problems with it. But, I decided to get their gold plan for 2 scheduled maintenance visits per year. No pressure! I just saw the value of having peace of mind during those hot months when you know something can go wrong! Read Less
